Venezuela Field Support maintains trusted relationships with individuals inside Venezuela who can support legitimate field verification, transportation, photography, local coordination, route checks, facility observation, vendor verification, and other practical information requirements. Founder Cole Herring can deploy personally to lead assessments and support client operations.
Venezuela Field Support does not currently operate a large permanent Venezuelan office or workforce, and does not claim to.
As client requirements develop, the in-country support model is intended to extend into recurring transportation, dedicated project support, standing logistics coordination, embedded field support, vendor coordination, personnel support, mobilization assistance, and recurring field reporting.
These are development directions, scoped and resourced against real engagements. Where a client requirement runs ahead of current capability, Venezuela Field Support will say so and propose how the requirement can be met.
