What field verification is
Field verification is the smallest useful engagement Venezuela Field Support offers: a specific, answerable question checked in person and documented.
Does the warehouse exist? Is the road passable to a low-boy trailer? Is the yard occupied? How long does that drive actually take? Is the hotel appropriate for corporate personnel? These are questions that consume weeks of email and remain unresolved, and that a competent person on the ground can settle in a day. How a verification task runs
Frame the Question
The task is written as a question with an observable answer. “Assess the vendor” is not a verification task. “Is there a crane at this address” is.
Confirm Feasibility
We say up front whether the item can lawfully and practically be observed, and what the limits will be.
Execute
A trusted in-country resource visits, observes, photographs, and records timings and conditions.
Document
Photography with time reference, and where lawful and appropriate, geolocation.
Report
A short written answer: what was observed, what was not, and what remains unknown.
Escalate If Needed
If the answer changes the picture, the task can expand into a full field assessment.
