Client engagements, identities, and findings are confidential. We do not use client names as marketing.

Experience Built in Complex Environments
Venezuela Field Support was founded by Cole Herring following 23+ years of U.S. Army Special Forces, including multiple combat deployments and experience with U.S. Special Operations Command South and multiple training and operational missions across Latin America.
Cole has led distributed operations across multiple countries, managed complex logistics and resources in high-consequence environments, and later served as the full P&L leader of a $30M+ private-equity-backed multi-location services business.
That experience shaped the operating philosophy behind Venezuela Field Support: understand the environment, verify assumptions, assess partners, prepare for contingencies, and execute with discipline.
When an engagement requires senior-level field involvement, Cole can deploy in-country to lead assessments and support client operations.
A Vetted Local Field Network
Venezuela Field Support works through a vetted local field network able to support field verification, transportation, photography, local coordination, route checks, facility observation, vendor verification, and other practical information requirements.
This allows clients to answer specific operational questions without automatically deploying an entire corporate team.
When engagements require senior-level involvement, Venezuela Field Support founder Cole Herring can deploy personally to lead assessments, coordinate field activity, and support client operations.
The network is built around the specific client requirement rather than kept on a shelf. Depending on the engagement it can include:

- Facility-service contractors
- Local suppliers and procurement sources
- Specialist technical resources, where a requirement calls for them
